Wir suchen derzeit eine/n motivierte/n HR- & Business Operations Experte/Expertin, der/die direkt an unseren Geschäftsführer in München berichtet.
Diese Rolle erfordert eine ausgewogene Kombination aus strategischem HR-Wissen und praktischer administrativer Unterstützung, um ein positives Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern und zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen.
Der/die Experte/Expertin arbeitet eng mit dem Führungsteam von Bridgecom in München und Linz zusammen – eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, direkte Einblicke in Aktivitäten auf höchster Unternehmensebene zu erhalten und sein/ihr Wissen in einem dynamischen Umfeld einzubringen.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche

Unterstützung des Managements im Bereich Personalmanagement und allgemeinen Geschäftsabläufen
Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zu HR-Richtlinien, Prozessen und Sozialleistungen
Steuerung von Rekrutierungs- und Auswahlprozessen, einschließlich Stellenausschreibungen, Interviews, Onboarding und Offboarding
Pflege von Mitarbeiterakten sowie Sicherstellung aktueller und korrekter Daten in HR-Systemen
Verwaltung von Vergütungen (inkl. Gehaltsabrechnung), Sozialleistungen und Performance-Management-Systemen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsgesetzen, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien in Deutschland und Österreich
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen zur Förderung von Mitarbeitermotivation und -kompetenzen
Erstellung von HR-Berichten, Kennzahlen und Dokumentationen für das Management
Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Teamassistenz, Büroorganisation und Facility Management am Standort
Unterstützung bei Anträgen für öffentliche Forschungsförderung und Forschungszulage in Deutschland
Verwaltung von Erfindungsmeldungen sowie Koordination von Patentanmeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IP-Office
Überwachung und Bearbeitung des täglichen Post- und E-Mail-Eingangs sowie Kommunikation mit relevanten öffentlichen Institutionen

Dein Profil

Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in HR-Richtlinien und Best Practices. Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mitarbeiterbindung, Talentmanagement und Richtlinienentwicklung.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, zwischenmenschliche und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
Fähigkeit zur vertraulichen Behandlung sensibler Informationen.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen/ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Organisationen in standortübergreifenden bzw. internationalen Strukturen ist ein Plus.
Sicherer Umgang mit HRIS-Systemen sowie der MS Office Suite. Berufserfahrung in allgemeiner Büroorganisation und -verwaltung.
Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Multitasking-Talent.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Volkswirtschaft oder in einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Position (z. B. als Generalist/in oder in vergleichbarer Rolle).
HR-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SHRM-CP, PHR) sind von Vorteil.

About the Job

Bridgecom Semiconductors is a growing tech startup specializing in 5G semiconductors, with locations in Munich and Linz. We are actively looking for a motivated HR & Business Operations generalist reporting directly to our managing director in Munich. This role requires a balance of strategic HR knowledge and hands-on administrative support to foster a positive work environment and contribute to the organization’s growth. You'll work with the Bridgecom leadership team in Munich and Linz — a unique opportunity to gain direct insights into top-level activities.

Your Responsibilities

Management support in people management and general business operations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up to date.
Administer compensation (incl. payroll), benefits, and performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies for Germany and Austria.
Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management.
Perform local team assistance, office and facility management tasks.
Support public research funding and allowance (Forschungszulage) applications for Germany.
Administer invention disclosures and manage patent application processes with our IP office.
Monitor and manage daily incoming correspondence, ensuring timely communication with relevant public institutions.

Your Profile

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in employee engagement, talent management, and policy development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experince with engineeering organisations in an cross side / cross geo set up is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Work experience in general office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English and German.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles (generalist or similar).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
